Can I start with Starter and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Upgrade anytime with one click. Adding Market to Core takes seconds. Your data stays, the modules just activate. Downgrading works too — modules become read-only, nothing is deleted.
Can I use Market or Auction without Core?
No. And that's by design. You can't sell verified inventory if nothing verified it. Core is the foundation. Market and Auction are built on top of it. It's not upselling — it's architecture.
What counts as a "user"?
Anyone who logs in. Warehouse operators, sales team, management — each gets a seat. We don't charge per role or per feature accessed. An admin and an operator cost the same.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days, no credit card required. Enough time to import your data, break your Excel habit, and wonder why you waited so long.
What are the transaction fees?
A small percentage on deals closed through Market or Auction. Configurable as flat rate or tiered volume pricing with minimum/maximum caps. Starter users pay zero transaction fees — they're not using the sales modules.
Is my data stored in the EU?
Yes. EU data centers in Frankfurt. GDPR compliant. We sign DPAs. Your compliance officer will have nothing to complain about. For once.
Do you offer on-premise deployment?
For Enterprise customers with specific requirements, yes. Talk to us. We're flexible. Unlike your current ERP.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You export it. All of it. CSV, JSON, whatever format you need. We give you 90 days after cancellation to download everything. Then it's deleted. Your data is yours. Always.
