AI Grading Assist
Photograph the device. Get a suggested cosmetic grade. The human still decides — but the human starts with a suggestion instead of a blank form. Useful when you're grading 400 devices and your eyes stop seeing scratches.
Automated Pricing Engine
Market-aware pricing suggestions based on grade, category, age, and recent sale prices on the platform. Because pricing a lot of mixed-grade Dell laptops shouldn't require calling three brokers and checking eBay.
Multi-entity Management
For operations that run multiple legal entities under one roof. Shared warehouse, separate books. Common enough in ITAD, supported by nobody.
Sustainability Dashboard (Public)
A client-facing view of the environmental impact of their ITAD program. CO₂ avoided, materials recovered, devices given a second life. For the sustainability report their board actually reads.
Self-Service Collection Requests
A portal where your clients can request a pickup themselves — preferred date, device count, special requirements. No more back-and-forth emails to schedule a collection that could have been a form.
